By placing an order with Artemiz, you agree to be bound by the t&c set below.

Most of our items are exclusively designed and manufactured.

An additional SGD2.50 will be charged for registered mail.

Artemiz will not be held responsible for items damaged/lost in the mail should you not opt for reg. mail.

No meetups.

Backorders will take up to one month as it needs time to be manufactured.

If you’ve already made payment for a sold out item, you may opt for backorders/other items or refund. Refund will take up to 3 working days.
